Dietary, physical, mental, spiritual, and civic mindfulness are topics to be explored and balanced for maintaining our longterm joy. Consciousness and acceptance of our actions is the first step, application second, and maintenance third. Being gentle and intentional with overstanding our estimated 15-20+ generations in physical bondage far exceeds our time away.
