Movement Code

Information is moving at an astounding rate. It is not only difficult to stay up to date with the information but it is very difficult knowing who and what to trust.

The Movement Code Podcast is designed to help bring you the best up to date information on health, fitness, and movement helping you maximize your personal human capacity and capabilities.

Individuals are looking for answers to help them feel stronger, to reduce their pain, and to gain a better understanding of how to live an overall healthier life.

Where do we start?

We do the next right thing.

More often than not, and we are completely guilty of doing this as well, we try to make a transformation happen in a few days or a week and get frustrated with a lack of results.

If you want immediate results or hacks this is not the podcast for you. We want to help you create habits to change your lifestyle.

Trust the process.

Life is a marathon, while it seems short and that there is not enough time, we eliminate the non-essentials and focus on what we have control over and what changes will make the greatest impact on our goals and where we want to go. While we are not minimalist, we believe in the minimalist philosophy of doing more with less,

You will learn how to self manage many of today’s common pains and dysfunctions such as back pain, shoulder pain, and hip pain.

You will gain a better understanding of anatomy and physiology and how we can take care of our bodies to improve longevity.

Most importantly we will be talking about movement, as this is the vital force of life that keeps us going: A body in motion will remain in motion
