Reducing Screen Time-104
We have staring at our screens A LOT lately. I have been working on trying to get outside more and read more. One of the activities that I have been trying to engage in more is meditation. Trust me, It takes a while to get used to it! I have realized how difficult it is to work on this. It is my hope that you are able to take time to slow down during this time. I have been enjoying seeing families and individuals take walks outside on the warmer evenings. I want that for you as well. Take some time to read and relax. I know it's an incredibly challenging time, but I know that we can all work together to find a moment to breathe.
