What is your bad habit?💕💕--We all have habits that serve us and habits that don't serve us--During this isolation period many of us will have developed habits some of them might not be so good! Now that we are going through a period of transition it might be the time to look at some of our habits and switch them up!--I believe habits have 3 parts, a trigger, and action and a reward. If you can identify the different aspects of your habits then this will help you change them to become habits that serve you.--In my podcast episode this week I am talking about habits, how to tweak them and how to harness your existing habits to enable them to be something that serves you.
